Sharing & publication policy
How articles, drafts and media move from the studio to the public website.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Drafts are private
Saving a draft never changes the public website. Drafts are visible only to signed-in editors through the saved preview.
Publication is deliberate
Publishing replaces the public snapshot, updates the search index, feed and sitemap in one step, and keeps the previous address working if the URL changed.
Corrections
Material corrections should be made by publishing a revised version; the revision history keeps the earlier text for reference.
Removal
Unpublishing removes an article from every public surface. The draft and its history remain available to editors until deliberately deleted.
Sharing
Published articles may be linked and quoted with attribution. Full republication requires permission.
