A page can resemble a reference at one size and still fail as a website. Navigation, long-form reading, empty results, media availability, and changes in content all need their own evidence.
Keep the questions separate
Visual conformance asks whether a defined reference case is reproduced. Functional verification asks whether the intended action succeeds. Content resilience asks whether an approved change preserves the relevant rules. No single score answers all three.
Keep the limits visible
Missing evidence is not a passing test. When the original font, a media stream, or an interaction state is unavailable, the boundary should be explicit. A useful result tells the next person exactly what was tested and what remains unknown.
