Zortex — Google integrations
Find information from connected Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar accounts using the Zortex desktop application.
Find your connected information
Zortex is a desktop application that synchronizes information from Google services into a vault on your device, maintains a searchable index, and helps you find relevant records with links to their original sources.
You select the Google account to connect and review the requested permissions on Google's consent screen. The permissions requested depend on the application version. Zortex also provides Google API actions through supported assistant integrations at your request.
Google services
Gmail: Find and review messages, including subjects, senders, dates and message contents. Authorized mail actions can work with drafts, sending, labels and Trash.
Google Drive, Docs and Sheets: Find files and supported content, review file activity, and use supported file, document and spreadsheet actions. Access is subject to your Google permissions and Zortex's applicable access controls.
Google Calendar: Find calendar and event information. The Calendar integration requests read-only access.
Local storage and optional assistants
Synchronized information is stored on your device. OAuth authorization and refresh credentials are processed by Google and Zortex's remote token broker.
When you connect an assistant through MCP, permitted results, metadata and selected content can be returned to that assistant host. If it uses a cloud model, its provider may process the returned information remotely. Local synchronization does not mean that every later use of information remains on your device.
Read our application privacy policy for information about Google data, storage, sharing, retention and deletion.

You can revoke access from your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revocation, disconnecting a source and uninstalling are separate from deleting existing local copies; the privacy policy explains the manual deletion procedure.
